Updates and Notes for Tuesday

The remnants of Tropical Storm Claudette washed out over West Alabama yesterday. Really, a non-event here except for some clouds. Moist air remains in place and today will feature a good chance of a passing shower.

Tropical Storm Ana is no more. The storm dissipated yesterday over Hispaniola.

Hurricane Bill is a formidible force out in the Atlantic, but unless you are in a boat in the open Atlantic, Bill will not be bothering you as it curves north.

A cold front pushes deep into the south on Friday bringing rain with it. But behind it will be cooler dry air. The weekend looks great with low humidity and sunny skies. Sunday morning lows should be in the upper 50's.
