I now think the developing storm system to our west will bring a good supply of rain to us on Tuesday. Temperatures today have warmed into the upper 50's and it looks like we will be to warm for anything other than rain on Tuesday.
Early Wednesday morning as a cold core upper level low makes its way across Alabama, there will be a chance that the rain will change over to snow showers during the morning and afternoon. The system will move out late Wednesday and leave us with cool temperatures.
At this point, any accumulation looks minimal and even if we get some heavier snow showers, surface temperatures will be above freezing and travel should not be a concern.
